My background...

I started out towing Insurance salvage in 1993 and found that I enjoyed the towing industry much better than manufacturing! I learned a lot in a short time hauling salvage and escalated to hauling used cars for several local dealerships. I moved to Athens in 1996 to take care of my mother who had Alzheimer's Disease and took a job with a local towing company. This is where I got a lot more experience with PD Rotation and PP impounds.

I started with Shuman Services in Aug. 2003 as a driver and I now dispatch, handle the billing and run all the paperwork for the abandoned vehicles as well as operate a wrecker. I designed and set up our website, www.shumanservices.com and I also run all of our internet auctions.

I have learned a lot more here on Tow 411! I greatly appreciate all of the tools that I found here and have added to my box! I'm looking forward to learning more and more while making lot's of new friends here on Tow 411!
